Contact Us
Mount Cook Ski Plane compares scenic flights over Aoraki / Mount Cook. It is an email-only site: info@mountcookskiplane.com. This page explains what to write about and where to take things the site cannot handle.
What To Write About
Useful email falls into three kinds.
- A price or fact that looks wrong on a flight card. Include the flight name as shown on the card, the figure you expected and what you saw instead.
- A flight that no longer exists. If a card points to a booking page that has expired or moved, name the flight and say what the booking page showed.
- Press or partnership questions. Say who you are and what you need.
In every case include a return address so the reply can reach you.
What The Site Cannot Do
This site sells nothing and flies nothing. It cannot act on a booking in any way.
- Change, cancel or move a booking.
- Issue refunds or check a payment.
- Confirm a departure or say whether a flight is going ahead in the weather.
- Pass a message to a pilot or operator.
Where To Take Booking Problems
Booking problems belong with the booking platform you paid through. Sign in to your account there, open the booking and use its help or support flow. The operator on the day, named on your booking email, is the right contact for anything about the flight itself: check-in, weather calls and rebooking times. Operator-cancelled flights give a full refund or a new time. Alpine weather changes fast, and a cancellation call can come from early morning up to about 10 minutes before departure, so booking early in your stay leaves room to rebook.
The Address
Write to info@mountcookskiplane.com. Please do not send payment details, copies of ID or booking confirmations: none of that is needed to fix a card or answer a question, and keeping it out of email is safer for you. A plain message naming the flight and the problem is enough.
